Yes, our products are vegan-friendly.
What ingredients are used in your products?
All Pherve products contain ingredients selected on the basis of their clinical evidence and used at the concentrations at which they perform.
We favour ingredients of natural origin and include functional ingredients, such as preservation systems, necessary to ensure the safety and stability of the formula.

How can your multifunctional products simplify my skincare routine?
Each Pherve product is formulated to address multiple skin concerns in one step.
The Radiance Booster, for example, works on radiance, firmness, evenness and hydration simultaneously, replacing several single-function products with one concentrated formula.
The result is a simpler routine that fits your pace without compromising efficacy.
Which cosmetic regulation do your products comply with?
All our products comply with European Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009, considered one of the most rigorous in the world. It prohibits more than 1400 ingredients and restricts the use of many others to specific maximum concentrations to ensure skin safety.
No product can be marketed in the European Union without complying with this regulation.
Will you be launching new products?
Yes. The Triple Enzyme Face Mask & Cleanser is our most recent development and will be available soon.

Orders, shipping and returns
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship in the European Union.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders shipped to Italy totalling over €150 and on all orders within the EU totalling over €200.
What are the accepted forms of payment for your products?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and PayPal, as well as Gift Cards.
Our website is hosted on Shopify, ensuring secure transactions through its PCI DSS-compliant online payment gateway. All data are encrypted.
What happens after I place an order?
We always send you an order confirmation email. A second email with tracking details will be sent when the order is dispatched.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your product is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing tracking details that enable you to track your parcel.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product or if the product arrives damaged?
In the event of receiving the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact us at info@pherve.com. Kindly include your order number and attach a picture of the product, so that we can arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.
How can I return a product?
To initiate a return, please follow the instructions here. Kindly note that, for hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed products.
I purchased your product from a retailer; can I return it to you?
We are only able to accept returns for products purchased directly on our website. For purchases made through a retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
